Magnolia Blossom Festival Car Show winners announced

“Thank you to everyone that came out Saturday for the show. We had a great turnout,” said Travis Arnold, president of Southern Custom Creations and chairman of the car show.

According to Arnold, there were 175 registered vehicles, with approximately 200 total. “This show has doubled in size each year, since Southern Custom Creations took over it in 2014. Not only has the show gotten larger, but the caliber of vehicles keeps getting higher.”

Arnold said, “All we do is provide a date and location to bring everyone together. The participants are the ones who made for an awesome show. My favorite thing about our show is that it brings in such a wide range of vehicles.” This year’s show featured everything from an original 1916 Model T to wild custom modern imports, he said. “It’s amazing to see so many people with different styles come together to share the same passion. This was undoubtably the largest car show to ever take place in South Arkansas.”

“Because of the large turnout we are looking into providing more trophies for next year, and definitely more parking,” Arnold continued. “There were so many vehicles worthy of an award. We truly appreciate all of the participants and volunteers for making this a show everyone will remember.”
