Sparks in the Park will be Sunday, July 3, at East Side Park in Magnolia, beginning at 6:30 p.m. The MoBetta Band will perform and fireworks will begin about 9:15 p.m. Sno-cones, ice cream and barbecue will be sold and hot dogs and water for the first 500 people will be given away. The public is asked not to park near the Boys & Girls Club which is where the fireworks will be set off.
