The Magnolia Lady Panthers (2-0, 1-0 5A-South) blanked Hot Springs 3-0 in volleyball action at Panther Arena Thursday afternoon.
Magnolia took the first game 25-8, second one 25-11 and completed the sweep by winning 25-12 in the third contest.
Lauren Smith had six digs, followed by Jacii Powell and Alex Whaley with five apiece. Lillie Moore, Katherine Pletcher and Taylor Yates each had three digs, while Tia Hunter and Trinity Easter finished with two apiece in the match.
Moore also recorded two blocks, while Whaley and Smith finished with one apiece.
In kills, Moore finished with five; Whaley and Easter four apiece; and Abby Pieratt had three. Hunter finished with two kills.
Emilee Schomer provided six serve aces, while Pletcher had four and Powell provided three.
As a team, the Lady Panthers had 30 digs, 21 kills, 17 aces and four blocks.
