Canned food drive

The freshmen class, represented by (from left) Kayanna Jones, Grace Basinger, Aaliyah Hardwell (kneeling), Deasia Doss, Clay Feemster, Dale Drake and Ambyer Dycus, provided the most cans with a total of 1,080 and will receive 15 minutes of extra lunch time after the holiday break.

Students at Magnolia Junior High School have collected 1,956 canned food items to be donated to The Stewpot.

The seventh graders, represented by (from left) Jordan Sigala, Aaliyah Grant, Shayne West, Braden Waller and Raegan Nix, collected 561 cans and will receive 10 extra minutes of lunch time.

The eighth graders, represented by (from left) Aryan Blackmon, Annabelle Babbitt, Callie Barnett, Bradasha Chappel, Tracey Jackson, Savannah Garcia and Garrett Clark, collected 315 cans and will receive five extra minutes of lunch time.
