Panda Express soft opening

Panda Express in Magnolia held a test run, soft opening Tuesday for just over an hour during lunch as the kitchen and restaurant staff worked out any kinks before Wednesday's formal first day of operation. The meals were served, just as they would be on a normal day Tuesday, but the customers ate at no cost. The restaurant opens its doors to the public at 10:45 a.m. Wednesday.
